Pilot creates powerful software that is incredibly easy to use.

We believe in usability, we believe that less is more. Too often software follows the "80 / 20 rule". This states that 80% of the software is only used 20% of the time. Programmers pack functionality into software which users have no need for, but have to pay for. At Pilot we believe that you should use the functionality 100% of the time.

We also know that you will generally never read a manual, so we make our software intuitive. We don't hide functionality behind dropdown menus, we put the buttons right there on the interface for you. We believe in consistency of design and protocol.

We work with the users on the best workflow to suit their working practice. We practice user orientated design.

simplicity is good design

While we believe in simplicity, we make an effort to design elegant interfaces which are also pleasing to the eye. We don't use grey boxes. If you are using our systems all day, we want them to be attractive, not crushingly dull.
