Tim Hay-Edie

As Managing Director, Tim Hay-Edie is responsible for sales and strategy. Pilot has a wide range of clients across multiple industries that include financial services, retail, manufacturing, publishing, F&B, and professional organizations.

Active in the Hong Kong user experience community, Tim is a member of the Asia Digital Marketing Association (ADMA) and the Usability Professionals' Association in Hong Kong.  He is a member of the IT Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and co-chairs the Baker Tilly Angel Investment Programme for Britcham.

Amber Matthews

A media & design graduate with a keen interest in technology and all things digital, Amber has over 16 years trans-media experience.

For the past 5 years Amber has been Project Director and usability specialist with Pilot. Previous to that she has been the Regional Webmaster for WorldCom and E-Business Project Lead for Li & Fung.  She has directed the accounts of clients such as Barclays Capital, Swire Group, Time Out Hong Kong and Hong Kong Art Fairs.

Amber is active in the Hong Kong user experience community as a member of the Usability Professionals' Association in Hong Kong.
