As Managing Director, Tim Hay-Edie is responsible for driving the company's strategic growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Pilot has a wide range of clients across multiple industries that include banking, investment firms, consumer goods, retail and professional organizations.

Active in the Hong Kong user experience community, Tim is a member of the Asia Digital Marketing Association (ADMA) and the Usability Professionals' Association in Hong Kong.  He is a member of the IT Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce and co-chairs the Angel Investment Programme.

Tim is currently studying to become a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) - after attending classes at Human Factors International's Mumbai office.
